Care Instructions

Please handle your jewelry carefully as you would any valuable statement piece you should own. 

The jewelry is designed to be worn with casual, business and formal wear. You can wipe the piece clean with a soft cloth or face tissue by gently rubbing it.

We offer a refurbishment and cleaning program for my clients and would recommend this is undertaken at least once every five years. You can contact us for more information via email at studio@264jewelry.com

Domestic & International Shipping

All orders are shipped FREE to customers and include insurance.

We are not liable for any items that require additional payments, taxes or fees at the border or through customs. Items are NOT refunded because customs/border control has your item or you have refused to pay those additional fees/collect your item.

Please refer to your countries custom and border laws for goods and services received from the United States BEFORE ordering.

Return Policy

Our 7 Day Return Policy is valid for the following countries only:
All countries including the USA and Canada, requiring returns must contact us first.

Please notify us immediately and within 24hrs of delivery if there is an issue with your order. 

  • Please understand that each piece is made by hand by our artist and we take great care to ensure that each piece is of the highest quality. Some pieces take several weeks to make, which is why we try to ensure you are confident with your purchase at the outset. We will work with you and do our best to ensure you are completely happy with your purchase.
  • To protect the integrity of our “only one design” guarantee, when you purchase an item you have taken the unique opportunity to be the only owner of that special piece. That unique feature is lost when the item becomes pre-owned or re-sold directly from our studio as a result of a return. In the very rare case of a return, the piece would ultimately be destroyed or remade into a different and unique design. This is one of the reasons we reluctantly charge a restocking fee of 25% to help offset some of our costs to destroy and remake the item for any return.
  • Please carefully choose your item and do not hesitate to contact us if you have any questions/concerns regarding our designs BEFORE making your purchase.
  • Returns are 100% valid for issues caused by our company (wrong order, damaged etc) as long as we are notified within 24 hrs of delivery.
  • In terms of any damage via delivery, all items are insured for shipping and we will work with you to resolve any claims made through the delivery company depending on the delivery service selected.
  • Any other returns must be pre-authorized by 264Jewelry.com within 7 days after receipt.
  • An RMA number will need to be issued before you can return an item. Please contact studio@264Jewelry.com for your RMA#. All Returns and RMA's are only dealt through e-mail. Phone calls made will not be accounted for as having notified us within 24hrs.
  • We will charge a 25% restocking fee for any returns not related to delivery or damage issues made by our company or courier depending on the item concerned and the return reasons.
  • All shipping costs are not refundable.
  • Each return is dealt with on a case by case basis so please contact us first before returning any item.
