Color Fine Art Photography

Color photography was highly disregarded as an artform by both fine art photographers and critics when it was introduced to the public in the 1940s. Today the color photographic processes are complicated and mostly produced by professional labs that the artist darkrooms, due to the complex chemicals and tepreatures involved in the production from film to print.

These days fine art color photographs are celebrated by collectors for their vibrancy and visual impact that only true color film photography and a highly artistic eye can produce.
